Where do I find the manual for my water system?

On the manuals & warranties page, sorted by brand: the Chatfield Water Systems line first, then the pump, tank, UV, and feed-pump brands we install. The label on your unit names the system; if you are not sure, call the office and we will look up what was installed.

What does the warranty on my system cover?

Each product’s warranty is linked beside its manual, and the document itself is the answer; terms differ by manufacturer and by product. If the system was installed by someone else and the brand is one we carry, the same document applies.

How often should I test my well water?

Once a year for the common things, and again after flooding, well work, or any change you can see, smell, or taste. Many problems are invisible in a glass, so looking is not a substitute for a test. We collect the sample at your home.
