(724) 588-2652Where do I find the manual for my water system?
On this page, by brand: the Chatfield Water Systems line first, then the pump, tank, UV, and feed-pump brands we install. Each entry links the owner’s manual and warranty as PDFs, and the Chatfield systems add a recommended-maintenance sheet. There are 46 documents in all.
What does the warranty on my system cover?
Each product’s warranty is linked beside its manual, and the document itself is the answer; terms differ by manufacturer and by product. If you are not sure which system you have, the label on the unit names it, and the office can look up what was installed.
Do you have the manual for a system someone else installed?
If it is one of the brands listed here, yes, the same document applies. If it is not, call the office; we service and repair more than we install, and the manufacturer’s manual is usually a phone call away.
What maintenance does a Chatfield system need?
Each Chatfield system’s recommended-maintenance sheet is linked beside its manual: salt and the brine tank for the LuxSoft, the media and backwash schedule for the FerronX and CataPure, and the annual checks. If you would rather we did it, the annual well checkup covers the treatment equipment along with the pump and tank.
