COUNTY BY COUNTY

Ten Counties.
Each with Its Own Page.

Every county page carries the communities we serve there, the drive from the office that covers it, and what the public record says about the water under it.

EVERY COMMUNITY ON THE MAP

171 Communities.
One Local Team.

They’re grouped by county. Between towns, pick the closest; the service is the same.

ACROSS THE MAP

The Same Work,
Wherever You Are.

We strive to provide both residential and commercial clients with reliable, high-quality solutions tailored to their needs. From well drilling to water treatment and environmental services, we are equipped to handle a diverse range of projects, and the same crews cover the whole footprint, from Northeast Ohio to Western Pennsylvania, suburban and rural communities alike.

  • Well drilling. Comprehensive drilling for sustainable water access, residential and agricultural, air rotary and cable tool. About well drilling
  • Pump installation and service. Everything from installation to maintenance of pump and pressure systems. Well pumps and pressure

HOW IT GOES

From Your Call
to Running Water.

Whether it’s one concern or a combination, your water results and your home’s setup guide the recommendation.

  1. 01

    Tell us where you are

Give us the county and the town. That decides which office schedules the visit; the work is the same from either.

  2. 02

    We come to you

We cover ten counties from two offices. The county seats are 14 to 84 minutes from the nearest one, and the rest of each county is the same drive.

  3. 03

    Test & assess

Water testing and a look at the well, pump, and installation space before anything is recommended or quoted.

  4. 04

    Fix, install, explain

The work gets done by the Chatfield team, explained as we go, and left clean.

A LITTLE CLARITY

Service Area Questions.
Straight Answers.

If you can see the county line from your road, we can probably see your house from a job.

Which counties does Chatfield serve?

We serve ten counties in two states. In Pennsylvania: Mercer, Crawford, Venango, Erie, Lawrence, and Butler counties, scheduled from our Greenville office. In Ohio: Ashtabula, Trumbull, Mahoning, and Columbiana counties, scheduled from our Cortland office. Each has its own page with the communities we cover and what the public record says about its water.

Where are Chatfield’s offices?

Our main office is at 854 Mercer Rd., Greenville, PA 16125, in Mercer County. Our Ohio office is at 7115 Hoagland Blackstub Rd. Unit C, Cortland, OH 44410, in Trumbull County.

How far will you travel for a service call?

Anywhere inside the ten counties. Measured to each county seat, the drive from the nearest office runs from about 14 minutes to about 84 minutes, and the rest of each county is the same crews and the same trucks. The county line is the boundary, not the town list.

My town isn’t on the list. Do you still come out?

If it is inside one of the ten counties, yes. The service map lists 171 communities, and the townships between them are covered too. Call with the address and we’ll schedule from the office that covers your county.

Do you work in both Pennsylvania and Ohio?

Yes. The same drilling, treatment, and pump crews work both sides of the line. What changes is the paperwork: PA DEP permitting in Pennsylvania, Ohio EPA permitting in Ohio, and Chatfield handles both as part of the job.

Which office will schedule my visit?

Pennsylvania counties are scheduled from Greenville and Ohio counties from Cortland. If you are near the state line, either office can take the call and route it.
